These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) define the terms of sale of the services and products offered on the website dedicated to the Coupes Moto Légende, organized by Éditions LVA. Any registration or order on this site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern:

• 1. Online registrations for Moto Légende Cup demonstrations for riders.
• 2. The sale of ancillary products, including but not limited to:
  Entrance tickets for visitors
  Visitor packs (combined packages, additional options, etc.).

3. Registration conditions for demonstrations

3.1 Public concerned:

Registrations for demonstrations are reserved for drivers aged at least 18 years old and owning a vehicle conforming to the categories accepted by the organization.

3.2 Registration file:

Registration must include:

• The duly completed online form
• The supporting documents requested (license, insurance, medical certificate, etc.)
• Payment of registration fees, non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the driver.

3.3 Validation of registration:

Registration will only be validated after receipt of the entire file and payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the driver.

4. Conditions of sale of tickets and visitor packs

4.1 Entrance tickets:

Tickets are valid for the dates and times specified. All releases are final, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Visitor packs:

Packs may include entry tickets, VIP access, goodies, or other benefits specified when ordering. The specific conditions for each pack are described in the corresponding product sheet.

4.3 Prices:

The prices displayed are in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Any management or shipping costs are indicated before validation of the order.

4.4 Payment terms:

Payment is made exclusively online via the secure payment methods offered on the site.

5. Cancellation and refund

Entrance tickets and visitor packs cannot be exchanged or refunded, except as provided by law. In the event of cancellation of the event, refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of the cancellation.

6. Responsibility of the organizer

6.1 Organization of demonstrations:

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel demonstrations for reasons beyond its control (weather, security, force majeure, etc.).

6.2 Visitor products:

The organizer cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage linked to the products after their delivery or delivery.

7. Personal data

The data collected in the context of registrations and orders are processed in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data. 8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the organizer.

9. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

By validating a registration or an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
