These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms of sale for the services and products offered on the website dedicated to the Coupes Moto Légende, organized by Éditions LVA. Any registration or order on this site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern:

• 1. Online registration for the Coupes Moto Légende demonstrations for riders.
• 2. The sale of ancillary products, including but not limited to:
  Visitor entrance tickets,
  Visitor packages (combined packages, additional options, etc.).

3. Conditions for registering for demonstrations

3.1 Target audience:

Registration for the demonstrations is reserved for riders aged 18 or over with a vehicle conforming to the categories accepted by the organizers. Minors holding a BSR (French road safety certificate) may participate on the small circuit for motorcycles under 50cc. They must provide the organizers with authorization from their legal guardian.

3.2 Registration file:

The registration must include:

• The online form duly completed.
• The registration fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the pilot.

During the Coupes Moto Légende, I declare that I am the owner of the motorcycle entered or have the owner's agreement for the use of the motorcycle during my riding sessions.

3.3 Registration validation:

Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the complete application and payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the pilot.

4. Terms and conditions of sale for visitor tickets and packages

4.1 Admission tickets:

Tickets are valid for the specified dates and times. All exits are final unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Visitor Packs:

Packages may include entry tickets, VIP access, merchandise, or other benefits specified at the time of ordering. The specific conditions for each package are described in the corresponding product description.

4.3 Prices:

The prices shown are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Any handling or shipping fees will be indicated before order confirmation.

4.4 Payment terms:

Payment is made exclusively online via the secure payment methods offered on the website.

5. Cancellation and refund

Entry tickets and visitor packages are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except as required by law. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification of cancellation.

6. Responsibility of the organizer

6.1 Organization of demonstrations:

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel demonstrations for reasons beyond its control (weather, security, force majeure, etc.).

6.2 Visitor Products:

The organizer cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the products after they have been handed over or delivered.

7. Personal data

The data collected during registration and order processing is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the organizer.

9. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

By validating a registration or an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
